This is the story of my husbands maternal line of Strese, Moeller and collateral lines from Germany. They eventually ended up in Dakota County, Minnesota and the genealogical research that I have done on them can also be found on the website I created by Google Sites called ErvastiTree, not to be confused with the blog of the same name.
The websites that I have created present my research from my Personal Ancestral Files program, and therefore are not the most convenient format for non-genealogical research persons. This blog format is in story form and is much easier. I will not share information or photos of the living to protect their privacy. But, the history of the line begins with my mother-in-law and is my attempt to preserve and share the research and the story of their ancestral past. I am not finished with the research, and new stuff is always coming my way.
It is my hope that I will get the time to interview my mother-in-law for some of her memories. But, time will tell.
